1. Coming from Zürich take the motorway A1 towards Bern.
2. When you arrive at Bern continue driving on this motorway towards Fribourg/Bern-Bümpliz.
3. Take exit 12 (Bern-Bümpliz) and drive straight ahead on Weissensteinstrasse to Turnierstrasse.
4. You will arrive at Köniz.
5. At the first round-about take the first exit which leads into Könizstrasse.
6. Then turn left into Waldeggstrasse.
7. At the second round-about (Schwarzenburgstrasse) drive straight on to Hessstrasse.
8. At the third round-about take the third exit (Wabersackerstrasse), turn right into Bellevuestrasse, right again into Spiegelstrasse and then left into Chaumontweg.
9. You will find our chapel in the second house at Chaumontweg 18, 20, 22.
10. The entrance to our meditation group room is on the ground floor on the right (look for SRF sign).

By motorway from Thun/Spiez

1. Take the motorway A6 in the direction of Bern.
2. Arriving in Bern, take exit 12 (Bern-Ostring/Zentrum) and turn left towards Ostring.
3. At the first round-about take the second exit (Thunstrasse).
4. At the second round-about (Thunplatz) take the fourth exit towards Kirchenfeldstrasse.
5. Next cross the Monbijoubrücke, follow Eigerstrasse and turn left into Seftigenstrasse.
6. Then turn right into Morillonstrasse.
7. You will arrive at Köniz.
8. Turn right into Kirchstrasse and then left into Bellevuestrasse.
9. Turn right into Spiegelstrasse and left into Chaumontweg.
10. You will find our chapel in the second house at Chaumontweg 18, 20, 22.
