Directions from downtown Chicago
	Go west on I-290 (the Eisenhower Expressway) and take exit 17A, Mannheim Road South. Follow Mannheim Road, heading south. The next major intersection will be Roosevelt Road. Turn left on Roosevelt, heading east. 10031 W. Roosevelt is one-half mile from the intersection, on the right-hand side.
Directions from the north
	Go south on I-294 (the Tri-State Tollway) and exit onto I-290 (the Eisenhower Expressway) toward Chicago. Take the first exit, which is Mannheim Road South. Then turn right at the exit light onto Mannheim Road. The next major intersection will be Roosevelt Road. Turn left on Roosevelt, heading east. 10031 W. Roosevelt is one-half mile from the intersection, on the right-hand side.
Directions from the south
	Go north on I-294 (the Tri-State Tollway) and exit onto Roosevelt Road east. Follow Roosevelt to 10031 West Roosevelt Road, which will be on your right-hand side. 10031 W. Roosevelt is one mile east of Wolf Road.
Directions via Public Transportation:
	The Chicago Meditation Group is located in the western suburb of Hillside. The Blue Line elevated train (L) can be boarded from O’Hare Airport and be taken downtown. Trains run every 20 minutes on Sundays. It can also be boarded downtown and taken west to the end of the line at the Forest Park Transit Center. From there one can take a 15- to 20-minute cab ride to the Meditation Group. The cost for the cab ride is about $15. There is also a Pace bus, #301, which runs from the train to the Group at 10031 West Roosevelt. The entire trip from downtown can range from 1 to 2 hours, depending upon connection times.
