2008 Convocation
We are pleased to announce that Self-Realization Fellowship's 2008 World Convocation will be held August 3-9 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
Each year thousands of Self-Realization Fellowship members from around the world gather in Los Angeles for an inspiring week of spiritual renewal and fellowship. Events will include:
- "How-to-Live" classes that focus on practical ways to apply spiritual principles to daily life
- Review of the SRF meditation techniques
- Kriya Yoga initiation ceremonies
- Satsangas during which previously submitted written questions about the Self-Realization Fellowship teachings will be answered
- Pilgrimages to our ashram centers, temples and retreats
- Monastic-led kirtans and group meditations.
The Convocation brochure and registration forms are expected to be mailed from the Mother Center in February 2008, and full details of the 2008 Convocation will be posted on our website soon after.
